~The Black Friday 2020 Offer is for a New Customer’s gas bill to be paid from their install date until the 28/02/21 by Boiler Plan. In order to redeem the Offer, New Customers are required to buy a new boiler and have an install date booked by the offer period. The offer period is from 23/11/20 to 30/11/20, they must also have their boiler installed by 31/12/20. The Offer applies to boilers with an output of up to 31kW and is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. The Offer will automatically be included with the purchase of any New Boiler to a New Customer, unless we’ve been told by the New Customer to exclude the Offer. Gas bills will be paid across the period of November 2020, December 2020, January 2021 and up to the 28th February 2021, commencing from the date of installation. A maximum claim value total of £200 per household can be claimed. To claim the cashback for the gas usage within the offer period a New Customer must send Boiler Plan a copy of their gas bill as evidence before 30/06/21. New Customers can either do this by emailing it to Boiler Plan at email@example.com or by posting a copy to Boiler Plan, Unit 11 Easter Park, Baker Road, Cramlington, Northumberland NE23 1WQ. If you have a dual-energy bill, we will need to see the gas split out. Boiler Plan will refund the money to the Customer up to 30 days after they have received evidence. Any claim received after the 30th June 2021 will not be paid out. Any decisions made by the Boiler Plan over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or incentives that may be available during the Offer Period. The Offer is not transferable, and non-exchangeable. Boiler Plan reserves the right to substitute the offer with another offer of similar value in the event that the original offer is not available due to circumstances beyond Boiler Plan reasonable control. No responsibility is taken by Boiler Plan applications that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, viruses, bugs or any other causes outside of Boiler Plan’s control. Boiler Plan reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with immediate effect via our web site. Boiler Plan reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
